Founded in 1989, Guangdong Zhaoqing Power Foundry (Holding) Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development, production, and sales of lightweight aluminum alloy precision castings for the automotive and general aviation industries.

Located in Zhaoqing city, within the "Pearl River Delta" region of Guangdong, ZP holds the advantage of being at the core area of the "Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area." With convenient transportation, it is approximately a 1-hour drive from Baiyun Airport, a 2-hour drive from Nansha Port, and a 3-hour drive from Yantian Port. The production base covers a total area of 217,000㎡.

Joint Ventures and Listing:

In 1995 and 2002, ZP jointly established "Zhaoqing Honda Foundry Co., Ltd" and "Zhaoqing Honda Foundry Mold Manufacturing Co., Ltd." with Honda Foundry Co., Ltd., respectively. In December 2015, ZP was officially listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations with the stock code 834387.

Technological Capabilities and Products:

Through independent innovation and technological research and development, ZP possesses advanced low-pressure casting and gravity casting process design and production technologies. The main products currently include:

  • New energy automotive components (e-motor housings, chassis brackets)
  • Engine cylinder heads (hybrid engine cylinder heads, lightweight diesel engine cylinder heads)
  • Engine tubing components (intake manifolds, manifold bases)
  • Engine bracket components, brake calipers, transmission pump components

Clientele and Global Recognition:

ZP's clientele includes world-class automotive, general aviation construction machinery, agricultural machinery, and communication manufacturers both domestically and internationally, such as Stellantis, Ford, Honda, Toyota, Suzuki, Nissan, GAC Motor, BYD, JAC, NIO, Yunnei Power, Chery, Magna, SHedrive, Kubota, and others. Notably, ZP is the sole global supplier of 6.2L and 6.4L cylinder heads for Chrysler (Stellantis Group) and F-150 transmission oil pump covers for Ford.

Currently, ZP holds 59 patents, including 5 invention patents and 54 utility model patents. ZP has obtained system certifications including IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001, and Nissan ASES. Furthermore, in 2019, ZP was awarded the Q1 certification system from Ford for comprehensive evaluation of manufacturing capabilities, quality levels, and continuous improvement capabilities of the supplier, which has significant reference value in the global industry.
